We worked closely with their team to create a new website from the ground up. We carried out interviews to get to the root of their culture and values, learning why customers choose Norm’s over competitors and what makes their service so appealing. This allowed us to create a content strategy that would resonate and get results.
We recently ran a Facebook contest with the theme to help promote local businesses by featuring them throughout the contest. The prize was a collection of items from each business. People loved it and we received hundreds of entries. We also ran a Facebook ad to help boost exposure precisely targeting their demographic. We generated a significant increase to their Facebook followers, hundreds of new email subscribers, and thousands of views.
We continue to work with Norm’s as part of a monthly digital marketing plan.
